Discover the Rainbow Bridge of the Heart and the three sacred bridges that reconnect you with Nature, wonder, and your soul's deepest remembering
There was a time when the world felt enchanted.
As children, many of us wandered through gardens believing flowers whispered secrets. We spoke to birds as though they understood us. We searched for tiny doorways hidden among the roots of ancient trees and watched dragonflies shimmer like living jewels dancing upon the air.
The world was alive.
Not because it had changed...
But because our hearts were open enough to see it.
Somewhere along the journey of growing older, life became louder. Responsibilities multiplied. Disappointments gathered. We learned to protect ourselves. We built invisible walls around our hearts, believing they would keep us safe.
Yet in protecting ourselves from pain, we often protected ourselves from wonder.
The Earth never stopped singing.
The trees never stopped speaking.
The stars never ceased pouring their light into the night sky.
It was simply that we forgot how to listen.
I have come to believe that the greatest loss we experience is not the loss of magic.
It is the loss of relationship.
Relationship with ourselves.
Relationship with the Earth.
Relationship with the unseen worlds that continue to exist whether we acknowledge them or not.
Over many years of walking the Faery Path, sitting quietly beneath ancient trees, journeying with the wisdom of the Andes, and listening deeply to Nature herself, something extraordinary began revealing itself.
The Faeries never asked me to find them.
They invited me to remember.
They showed me that every human being carries a bridge within them.
Not a bridge made of stone or wood.
A bridge woven from awareness.
A bridge of living light.
A Rainbow Bridge of the Heart.
Close your eyes for just a moment.
Take a slow breath.
Feel your feet upon the Earth.
Now become aware of your spine.
Not merely as a column of bone, but as an ancient river flowing through your body.
Imagine, just for a moment, that this river has always been alive.
With every breath, the Earth rises gently through your body, offering her steadiness, nourishment and belonging.
At the very same time, the infinite heavens pour their quiet light down through the crown of your head like starlight falling upon still water.
Earth rising.
Sky descending.
Neither competing.
Neither separate.
Meeting within you.
Your spine becomes more than a physical structure. It becomes a sacred axis connecting worlds. Every breath reminds you that you are never isolated. You are continuously held between the embrace of Pachamama and the vastness of the cosmos.
This is the first bridge.
The vertical bridge.
The bridge that reminds us we belong to both Earth and Sky.
As your awareness settles more deeply into your body, something begins to change.
Colours seem brighter.
The breeze feels almost conversational.
Birdsong becomes more than sound.
Nature no longer appears as scenery.
It becomes relationship.
The Faery traditions have never asked us to escape reality. Quite the opposite.
They invite us to become so present that we begin noticing what has always been here.
The moss covering a fallen log.
The intelligence held within a single seed.
The patient wisdom of old trees.
The laughter carried upon moving water.
The tiny synchronicities that arrive precisely when our hearts become quiet enough to receive them.
The Faery Realm is not reached by travelling somewhere else.
It reveals itself when our perception softens.
When wonder returns.
When we begin meeting the world with curiosity instead of certainty.
This is the second bridge.
The horizontal bridge.
The bridge between the visible and the invisible.
Between humanity and the living consciousness of Nature.
If the spine is the bridge between Earth and Sky...
And Nature is the bridge between worlds...
Then the heart is where they meet.
The heart is not simply a place of emotion.
It is a sanctuary.
A meeting place.
A sacred threshold where all separation quietly dissolves.
Here the Earth offers her strength.
The stars offer their light.
Nature offers her wisdom.
The Faeries offer their joy.
Your soul offers its remembering.
Everything converges within this one luminous space.
This is why I speak of the Faery Heart.
It is not a different heart.
It is your original heart.
The one that existed before fear taught you to become small.
Before disappointment convinced you to stop dreaming.
Before life persuaded you that wonder belonged only to childhood.
The Faery Heart remembers.
It remembers that every sunrise is a blessing.
That rivers carry songs.
That stones hold ancient memory.
That flowers are teachers.
That silence is full of conversation.
That love is not something we earn.
It is something we uncover.
For many years I imagined the Rainbow Bridge as something I would eventually cross.
A destination.
A pathway leading somewhere beyond myself.
Then, one quiet day in ceremony, everything changed.
I realised the bridge had never been outside me.
It was growing through me.
Every act of kindness strengthened it.
Every moment of gratitude brightened its colours.
Every tear honestly felt washed another layer from my heart.
Every time I chose wonder over fear, another thread was woven into its radiant arch.
The Rainbow Bridge was not asking me to cross into another world.
It was inviting me to become the bridge through which love, healing and remembrance could flow.
Perhaps this is true for all of us.
Perhaps our purpose is not to search endlessly for magic.
Perhaps our purpose is to become so fully alive that magic naturally recognises us.
Today, find a place in Nature.
Leave your phone behind.
Stand quietly.
Feel your feet resting upon the Earth.
Become aware of the gentle length of your spine.
Imagine roots reaching downward into the heart of Pachamama.
Imagine starlight descending through the crown of your head.
Allow them to meet within your heart.
Remain there for a few slow breaths.
Now ask only one question.
What is my heart ready to remember today?
Do not search for an answer.
Allow it to arrive.
Perhaps it will come as a feeling.
Perhaps as a memory.
Perhaps as a bird landing nearby.
Perhaps through the fragrance of eucalyptus carried upon the breeze.
Trust whatever comes.
Wonder rarely shouts.
It whispers.
The Rainbow Bridge has never been lost.
It has been quietly waiting within you all along.
Every breath you take strengthens the bridge between Earth and Sky.
Every moment spent in Nature strengthens the bridge between the visible and the unseen.
Every act of love strengthens the bridge within your own heart.
When these three bridges awaken together, something extraordinary happens.
Life itself becomes ceremony.
The ordinary becomes luminous.
The world becomes enchanted once more—not because it has changed, but because you have remembered how to see.
If you feel called to experience this remembrance more deeply, I invite you to join me for The Rainbow Bridge of the Heart: Reawakening Your Faery Heart, a guided immersive journey where together we gently awaken these three bridges and remember the living magic that has always resided within us.
The bridge is waiting.
Perhaps it always has been.
The only question that remains is this...
Will you remember that you are already standing upon it?
