A Practice To Call Peace Within

As we gather in ceremony in ritual, we align with one another. We all must spend moments of stillness while linking into our sacred heart centre.

Each spiritual community plays a pivotal role right now, raising our vibrations birthing the world we wish to see all thriving in our sacred space. As we gather in ceremony, in peace, in ritual, we align with one another. We all must spend moments of stillness together while linking into your sacred heart centre. When we do this, we form an energetic circle and create a circle of global Heart’s resonating a powerful circle of light to bring much-needed balance here of our home - our dear Earth Mother.

There is a practice below for you to raise the light vibration within every cell in your physical being. This help to open all of us into a deeper alignment to our core truth. Why we chose to incarnate as this time.

Remain mindful to simply be the witness in your life observing the planetary dramas but consciously choosing to move beyond drama and align your Heart to the truth.

Every time you consciously create this heart alignment, you transmute. However, when you knowingly choose to be the witness, there is a quickening within every cell in your body. Your Heart sets a ripple that moves outwards across the entire earth plane promoting significant change.

We are all playing a crucial role when we remain focused at the heart centre - bringing the changes we wish to evolve. Collectively we are working to bring balance and light for all here of our Earth Mother.

Acknowledge the Pleiadians who are transmitting a constant series of light initiations; and the vibrational presence of our tribe and your path. The sacred Prophecies tell us that the Heart is the way.

The Practice:

The Pleiadians gift us this sacred sound to place within our Hearts.

The sacred sound is sung mantra-like - “anay enstarnnn”

Place your hands on the entire heart chakra - fingertips meeting at your sternum.
Focus your awareness on where your hands connect to the physical body.
Place a Conscious breath (in and out through your mouth), like a soft wind, into your entire heart chakra space. Received and let go of three breaths in this manner. Return to regular breathing.
Place our sacred Pleiadian sound, “anay enstarnnn”… into your Heart chakra space. Feel it filling the entire chest area. Repeat this a minimum of three times or more. Keep working with this - you will know when to stop.
Feel how your Heart opens and flutters with the unique frequency of sacred sound. Surrender - do not overthink this, and you will align deeper to your Heart.
Place a Conscious breath (in and out through your mouth), like a soft wind, into your entire heart chakra space. Received and let go of three breaths in this manner. Return to regular breathing.
Let your hands float down to rest in your lap when you are ready.

Note: You can do this practice as often as you wish. Daily would be fantastic.

Understand that our star brothers and sisters, the Pleiadians and others are all willing for us to open to their wisdom and help at this time. My astrology friends tell me we are going through an intense planetary realignment over the coming three months.
